A) - In the 10 months since Obama took office, more has changed between the Cuba U.S. relations than in the past 5 decades.
-Cuban government seems far less urgent to 'mend' relations with U.S.
- Cuba recognizes that Obama's desire to visit Havana is greater than the host countries belief that the visit is required to further it's global interest.
- While the executive branch of the U.S. Government doesn't have the power to lift the embargo, there is more flexibility on altering or refining it.
-There is concern of provoking congress too much and overstepping boundaries of legislative authorities.
- In regards to the recent "health attacks"on US diplomats: "we know that a lot of the U.S. diplomats who are working in Havana don’t want to come home, don’t want the mission to be drawn down, because they see it as really important."

- How will businesses and properties be dealt with that were seized by the Cuban government in the 1960's?
- Why does it matter that boundaries are overstepped
- Are there avenues aside from business opportunities that we can persuade republican legislatures that this is a good idea?
- What will change when Raul Castro leaves office?
- What actually caused these diplomats health problems? What or who is to blame?
- What will Trump make of Cuba U.S. Relations? And the diplomat issue?
