Beautiful trouble-Melanie Waingarten

Beautiful trouble. How to be revolutionary in a meaningful, smart and strategic way? How to make trouble look beautiful in order to be politicaly effective?
This are some of the questions that arised when reading through this tool box.
The principles that I believe are powerful to attempt divergent perspectives but also to bridge those realities are:

-Bring strenght through repetition.
-Consensus is a means, not an end.
-Lead with sympathetic characters.
-Mantain non violent discipline.
-Make new folks welcome.
-Make the invisible, visible.
-Actions concrete and communicative
-Show don’t tell.
-Take risks but take care
-We are all leaders.

The tactics I consider that explore collective struggles and help develop action strategies are the ones that broadcast a message, frame an action and foster dialogues. This collective actions are:

-Guerrilla projection.
-Image theater.
-Light brigada.

The theories that engage and entertain a crowd but also put pressure to disrupt are the ones that express identity to create concrete changes. This spectacle needs to be loose enough to allow different meanings but also specific to galvanize actions:

-Alienation effect.
-Environmental justice.
-Ethical spectacle.
-Expressive and instrumental actions.
-Point of intervention.
-Theater of the oppressed.
